Students Shine in Intra Moot Court Competition

On February 24th, the Department of Law successfully concluded its Intra Moot Court Competition. Organized by faculty members Ms. Komal Sehgal and Mr. Hunain Khalid in collaboration with the College’s Moot Court Society, the event served as a premier platform for students across all five years to hone their litigation skills. The competition followed a rigorous three-phase format. After two intense preliminary rounds judged by internal faculty members, the highest-scoring teams advanced to the Grand Finale. The final round was presided over by a prestigious panel including Ms. Ripdiman Kaur (HOD Law), Mr. Nikhil Kashyap (Dean, Department of Law), and Mr. Vaibhav Sharma, a practicing Advocate of the Supreme Court of India. The event highlighted the institution's commitment to clinical legal education, providing students with a realistic environment to sharpen their research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills.
