Successful Conclusion of Two-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) by the Department of Management

On July 21st and 24th, 2026, the Department of Management at Delhi Global Institute of Management (DGIM) organized an enriching two-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) facilitated by Principal Dr. Sukhbir Kaur. The first day featured engaging, activity-driven sessions led by Dr. Sukhbir Kaur, Dr. Suman Taneja, Ms. Kajal, and Ms. Manju Bansal. These sessions were centered around the innovative pedagogical concept of "Mother Teaching," which utilizes focused activities to simplify the educational process and create a highly nurturing, accessible learning environment for students.

The second day shifted toward a collaborative, peer-led experience where every management faculty member took the stage to conduct interactive sessions on topics of their specific academic interest. To further bridge educational theory with practical application, the faculty engaged with two detailed questionnaires designed to assess and resolve real-world situational problems. This highly productive FDP officially came to a close with a felicitation ceremony, honored by the distinguished presence of DGIM Chairman, Shri Narender Singh, celebrating the continuous growth and dedication of our teaching staff.
