The candidate pursuing an LLB degree will study subjects like labour law, intellectual property rights, corporate law, family law, criminal law, human rights, and international law, etc. The duration of the course is 3 years,dividing these three years into six semesters.
A candidate under 3 years regular law course will be awarded degree after completion of 3 years.
Any Graduation securing at least 45% marks for General and 42.75% marks for SC/ST in aggregate or any other equivalent examination recognised thereto by M.D.University, Rohtak (Haryana)
To be eligible for admission to the LL.B programme, a candidate should have graduated in any discipline of knowledge from a University established by an Act of Parliament or by a State legislature or an equivalent national institution recognized as a deemed to be University or foreign University recognized as equivalent to the status of an Indian University by an authority competent to declare equivalence. The candidate must have secured minimum 45% marks in aggregate (42.75% in case of reserved categories, i.e. SC/ST/Persons with Disability) of the total marks.
